Familiarity with industry-specific equipment, cleaning agents, and software for job tracking or reporting is typically required, along with certifications like IICRC for restoration services. Strong customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure are standout soft skills. These competencies ensure quality service delivery, customer satisfaction, and safety in potentially challenging environments.
