Position Overview

As a Service Advisor, you are the primary point of contact between our service department and our valued customers. This is a dynamic, multitasking role that requires exceptional organization, professional communication, and the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously โ€” all while delivering a top-tier customer experience.

You will:

  • Maintain detailed documentation and accuracy in all transactions

This role requires the ability to juggle competing priorities, pivot quickly when situations change, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor under pressure.

  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to communicate professionally and confidently
  • Sales experience with the ability to ethically recommend services
  • Ability to receive direction from multiple team members and prioritize effectively
  • Familiarity with CDK and X-Time software is preferred
  • Working knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to thrive in a high-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Strong time management skills
  • Proficiency with written and digital technical reference materials
  • Commitment to following processes for quality and safety

ย Benefits Package

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance (available 60 days after hire)
  • Paid vacation
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company match
  • Competitive compensation structure with growth opportunity
  • Ongoing training and professional development

All applicants must successfully complete pre-employment background screening, motor vehicle record review (MVR), and drug testing.

If you are highly organized, customer-driven, and ready to grow within a professional automotive environment, we invite you to apply today and join the Reliable Toyota of Springfield team.
