Apprenticeships combine on-the-job training with classroom instruction, allowing apprentices to gain practical experience while studying relevant technical concepts. To overcome these, it's helpful to seek mentorship from experienced technicians, take advantage of on-the-job training, and stay organized by keeping detailed notes and checklists. Regular communication with supervisors and colleagues also ensures you're on the right track and can quickly address any uncertainties.
