Familiarity with diagnostic tools, repair equipment, and industry-specific software is typically required. Excellent customer service, communication skills, and the ability to work independently make a Service Tech stand out. These skills ensure timely and effective equipment maintenance, high customer satisfaction, and efficient problem resolution.
