Job description

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Order Entry Associate to join our team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer orders, supporting smooth operations across sales, logistics, and fulfillment functions.

Key Responsibilities

ยท Accurately enter and process customer orders into internal systems (ERP/CRM)

ยท Review orders for completeness, pricing accuracy, and compliance with company policies

ยท Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment

ยท Monitor order status and proactively address delays or discrepancies

ยท Communicate with internal teams and customers regarding order updates, changes, or issues

ยท Maintain and update customer records, pricing details, and order documentation

ยท Assist in resolving order-related inquiries, including billing or shipping concerns

ยท Support reporting and data tracking for order volume, accuracy, and turnaround time

ยท Ensure adherence to company processes, quality standards, and service level agreements (SLAs)

Qualifications & Skills

ยท 1โ€“3 years of experience in order entry, data entry, customer service, or administrative roles

ยท Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy

ยท Experience working with ERP or CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is an asset
