(POSITION LOCATION - Drybar Fairfax Corner, Fairfax, Virginia)
Do you love meeting new people, striking up conversations, and making everyone feel welcome? Drybar Fairfax Corner is looking for a friendly, outgoing, and personable team member who genuinely enjoys connecting with people.
Drybar is an upscale blow-dry salon, and our tagline says it all: No cuts. No color. Just blowouts. Drybar Fairfax Corner is seeking a professional, friendly, and highly organized Front Desk Representative. The ideal candidate will manage the reception area, provide administrative support, and ensure a welcoming environment for our clients. You will be responsible for creating a positive first impression and assisting with various office tasks in a timely manner. WEEKEND WORK REQUIRED.

Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
  • Experience providing over-the-top, amazing hospitality and customer service is essential
  • Enjoys communicating with clients and creating memorable experiences
  • 2+ years experience in a fast-paced, customer service-centric environment preferred (hospitality industry, customer service representative, store associate, or similar position)
  • Experience with Point-of-Sale Systems strongly preferred
  • Resolves conflict - ability to de-escalate tensions and navigate disagreements with composure to reach a mutually acceptable outcome
  • Maintains professional demeanor under pressure - able to understand a customer's frustration and remain calm, especially in difficult situations
  • Ability to multitask with ease and independently troubleshoot problems
  • Frequently required to stand and/or walk for duration of 6-8 hour shifts
  • High school diploma or equivalent
