Job Summary
Ed Staub & Sons Petroleum, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team! This position is a Full Time, hourly role based out of our McCall, Idaho office. The Customer Service Representative will assist in protecting the company's image and reputation, while providing excellent service and experiences to our customers.
Compensation & Benefits
• Pay Rate: $18 and up depending experience

Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
• Record, update and track customer information
• Handle, resolve, and document customer complaints and concerns
• Provide troubleshooting to customers where it is appropriate
• Assist customers in executing their orders
• Support sales staff and technical staff in achieving customer service goals
• Build rapport with customers by proactively engaging them with clear and friendly communication
• Protect the company’s image and reputation
• Process payments
• Maintain customer service databases
Requirements
• High School Diploma; Associates or Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
• 1+ years of customer service experience
