Job description

We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service & Repair Technician who can independently diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems while providing professional customer service and clear field documentation.


This role is ideal for a technician who wants steady work, professional structure, and the opportunity to grow with a company focused on performance and results.


Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems
  • Perform preventative maintenance and service calls
  • Work on rooftop units, split systems, package units, and controls
  • Communicate clearly with dispatch and customers
  • Complete digital field reports, including photos of work performed
  • Identify additional repair or replacement opportunities
  • Maintain professional appearance and customer interaction
  • Follow safety procedures and company standards
  • Report job status in real time using company software


Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years commercial HVAC service experience
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with RTUs, split systems, thermostats, controls
  • EPA Certification required
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently
  • Strong communication and professionalism
  • Ability to use mobile apps for job reporting
