Are you a Mortgage Loan Processor with experience in the lender model, have a strong sense of urgency to close loans quickly, and a passion for helping others? If so, we are looking for you!
As part of our top-producing team, you'll be responsible for handling all aspects of the "contract to close" phase of the loan process.
Your strong eye for detail and exceptional customer service skills will be crucial in this position, as you will diligently gather information, field questions, and handle any last-minute changes so that mortgage applications race over the finish line.

Responsibilities
โ€ข Own the file from contract to closing with accuracy, speed, and a service-first mindset
โ€ข Serve as the main point of contact for borrowers, Realtors, LO, and underwriters
โ€ข Manage a pipeline efficiently while meeting closing dates and compliance requirements
โ€ข Analyze and verify all income, assets, credit, insurance, VOEs, payoffs, tax transcripts, title, condos, and supporting documentation
โ€ข Update and maintain full transparency through the LOS
โ€ข Troubleshoot issues proactively and remove roadblocks before they become delays
โ€ข Ensure outstanding communication and a calm, positive borrower experience
โ€ข Work collaboratively with our team to deliver smooth, clean files with minimal conditions
โ€ข Handle all borrower communication from the point of contract to closing the loan
โ€ข Maintain detailed documentation of the loan process in our system - from origination to close
โ€ข Act as a liaison between applicants, mortgage brokers and loan officers, real estate agents, and mortgage lending underwriters to help further loan approval
โ€ข Oversee all loans coming through the pipeline to ensure the process is compliant and efficient
โ€ข Follow up on loan documentation ordered in a timely manner to ensure closing dates and company deadlines are met
Qualifications
โ€ข 5+ years of mortgage processing experience
โ€ข Deep understanding of lender model operations
โ€ข Strong working knowledge of loan structuring, AUS, credit, income, and assets
โ€ข Experience as a Senior Processor, LOA, Loan Partner, or Underwriter required
โ€ข Proven ability to manage deadlines and multitask without sacrificing accuracy
โ€ข Calm, steady professional presence even during high-volume cycles
โ€ข Strong communication and relationship-building skills
โ€ข Proficient with Calyx Point or similar LOS software
โ€ข Has worked in a lender's environment and has experience using Encompass LOS software
โ€ข Exceptional attention to detail, and must be organized and have excellent time management skills
โ€ข 2+ years of mortgage processing experience required, 5+ years preferred
โ€ข Solid understanding of mortgage loan products (FHA/VA/CONV/USDA) and knowledge of mortgage procedures, processes, and documentation
โ€ข Experience as a Loan Partner, Loan Officer, Processor, LOA,and/or Underwriter
