TopAir Systems | United States | Remote / Field-Based

About the Role

TopAir Systems is a U.S.-based manufacturer of laboratory fume hoods, biosafety cabinets, laboratory furniture, and other laboratory safety and containment equipment, serving customers in the U.S. and international markets.

As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced, energetic, and hands-on U.S. Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales activities across the United States.

A major focus of the role will be expanding TopAir's U.S. distributor and dealer network. We are looking for someone who already knows the U.S. laboratory market, understands the industry, and has established relationships with relevant distributors and dealers.

The position also includes management of an existing U.S. sales representative focused on direct end-user sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow sales through TopAir's existing U.S. distributors and dealers.
  • Identify, approach, recruit, and develop new laboratory equipment and laboratory furniture distributors across the U.S.
  • Actively generate new sales opportunities and projects through the distributor network.
  • Build and maintain relationships with laboratory planners, architects, consultants, contractors, and other key industry partners.
  • Manage and support our existing direct-sales representative and drive achievement of sales targets.
  • Represent TopAir at trade shows, distributor meetings, customer visits, and industry events throughout the U.S.
  • Work closely with TopAir management and technical teams to move opportunities forward and convert them into orders.

Who We're Looking For

  • Proven sales experience in laboratory equipment, laboratory furniture/casework, fume hoods, scientific equipment, or closely related markets.
  • Established relationships with U.S. laboratory equipment or laboratory furniture distributors and dealers.
  • Experience developing and managing distributor or dealer channels.
  • Strong knowledge of the U.S. laboratory market.
  • Energetic, assertive, hands-on sales approach with a strong drive to open doors, build relationships, and close business.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership of results, and manage another sales professional while remaining personally active in sales.
  • Willingness to travel throughout the U.S.

Compensation

Base Salary: $100,000-$115,000 annually, depending on relevant industry experience, market knowledge, and existing relationships.

Plus:

  • Uncapped performance-based sales commission
  • Additional incentive for developing new distributors
  • Management performance bonus

TopAir provides comprehensive product and technical training and actively supports U.S. sales through trade shows, digital marketing, customer visits, and other sales and marketing activities.

If you know the U.S. laboratory equipment market, have strong industry relationships, and are a hands-on salesperson who knows how to develop distributors and turn opportunities into orders, we would like to hear from you.
