These solutions may include instructor-led training, e-learning modules, facilitator guides, participant materials, workshops, webinars, and coaching resources.

You will contribute to larger consulting engagements while taking ownership of assigned deliverables and workstreams. Through hands-on client experience, coaching, and mentorship, you will continue developing your skills in instructional design, organizational change management, data analysis, facilitation, and consulting.

Essential Responsibilities

· Collaborate with consultants, subject-matter experts, and client stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop effective training solutions.

· Conduct learning needs assessments and analyze performance or knowledge gaps.

· Design and develop instructor-led, virtual, blended, and self-paced learning experiences.

· Create clear and engaging instructional materials, including e-learning modules, presentations, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, job aids, and reference materials.

· Apply adult-learning principles and instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE and SAM.

· Support the delivery of workshops, webinars, presentations, and coaching sessions.

· Collect and analyze learner feedback, participation data, and performance measures to evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.

· Develop training that helps employees adopt new technologies, processes, policies, and ways of working.

· Support broader organizational change management, communications, and stakeholder-engagement activities.

· Manage assigned deliverables and timelines while maintaining strong standards for accuracy, quality, and client service.

· Build productive working relationships with clients, colleagues, and project partners.

· Incorporate feedback and adapt learning solutions as client and project needs evolve.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience or coursework in instructional design, curriculum development, training delivery, adult learning, or e-learning.

· Familiarity with tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Vyond, Visio, or Jira.

· Experience developing presentations, job aids, facilitator materials, or digital learning content.

· Experience facilitating meetings, presentations, workshops, or training sessions.

· Familiarity with organizational change management or business process improvement.

Prior professional consulting experience is not required. ISI values demonstrated potential, initiative, sound judgment, and a commitment to continued learning.

How We Invest in Your Growth

· Company-sponsored certifications and structured learning opportunities

· Ongoing coaching, mentorship, and real-time feedback

· Opportunities to work alongside experienced consultants and industry subject-matter experts

· Increasing responsibility and leadership opportunities as your skills develop

· An inclusive, collaborative, and supportive team culture

Compensation and Benefits

· Annual salary of $70,000–$85,000, based on qualifications and experience

· Medical, dental, and vision insurance

· Life, short-term disability, and long-term disability insurance

· 401(k) plan with employer contribution

· Generous paid time off and paid holidays

· Professional development and certification opportunities

· A supportive and collaborative work environment
