What is a service lane assistant?

Service Lane Assistants are automotive professionals who help manage the flow of vehicles and customers in a dealership or service center's service lane. They greet customers, check them in for service appointments, and may perform light inspections or vehicle intake tasks. Their role is crucial for ensuring efficient operations by facilitating communication between customers, service advisors, and technicians.
