Description
Arkansas Sign and Banner is a successful employee-owned sign manufacturing, installation, and service company who is searching for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Service/Installation Tech to add to our growing team. The ideal candidate will collaborate professionally in a team environment with our install/service department, sales, and customers.
Responsibilities:
  • To provide support to the service and installation of monuments, pylons, channel letters and other types of signage.
  • Communicate all required information clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, including status updates, issues, surveys, and other relevant information.
  • Maintain an organized, accurate, and complete inventory of all materials, tools, and equipment on the truck.
  • Maintain and safely operate the bucket truck in accordance with company policies and safety procedures.
  • Continually look for improvements in our service/installation process.
  • Work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Assist as needed in all areas of the company.

Requirements
Qualifications:
  • Experience in construction or fabrication.
  • Enjoy hands on work and variety of work.
  • Must be professional in demeanor and a true team player.
  • Highly motivated, high energy, positive outlook with a strong work ethic.
  • Must be able to communicate well.
  • Must be comfortable working at different heights.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Physical requirements include prolonged periods of sitting, standing, walking, bending, and other physical activities. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.

Schedule:
  • Primarily 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, with occasional overnight and weekend work as needed to meet customer requirements. Per diem will be provided for qualifying overnight travel.

Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Salary: This is an hourly, non-exempt position. Compensation is based on experience.
