Job description

The Employee Experience & Communications Specialist serves as a key member of the Human Resources team, providing operational and administrative support across multiple HR functions while helping deliver exceptional employee experience. Reporting directly to the Senior Director, Talent Management & Engagement, this role serves as the primary operational support for the HR Business Partner team and is responsible for coordinating employee lifecycle activities, HR operations, onboarding, leave administration, compliance, employee engagement, and HR programs.



In addition, this role partners closely with the Director, Internal Communications & Community Engagement to support the planning, development, and execution of internal communications that inform, engage, and connect employees across the organization. This includes creating and distributing HR and company communications, supporting employee recognition initiatives, assisting with Town Hall communications, maintaining communication channels, and helping execute company events and engagement activities
