Customer Experience & CSI
  • Consistently maintain high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) and Net Promoter Scores above national and regional benchmarks.
  • Ensure an exceptional, loyalty-driven customer experience throughout the service journey.
  • Maintain a clean, professional, and retail-ready service area with clear pricing and product displays.

Team Leadership & Development
  • Recruit, retain, and develop top talent for all service and parts roles.
  • Train, coach, and motivate associates to exceed performance goals and deliver best-in-class service.

Operational Excellence
  • Drive business performance through active involvement in day-to-day service and parts operations.
  • Oversee shop scheduling and work dispatch to optimize technician efficiency, minimize customer wait times, and maximize revenue.
  • Maintain accurate open RO (Repair Order) reports and ensure timely documentation, especially for warranty work.

Compliance & Quality Control
  • Ensure all repair work meets quality standards by working closely with technicians and dealership staff.

  • Manage warranty claims and documentation to ensure timely payment and compliance.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a Service Director or equivalent leadership role.
  • Proven track record of achieving performance targets and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership, team development, and coaching capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in English required.
  • Technologically adept with a desire to embrace new tools and systems.
  • Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to drive profitability.
  • Highly organized with strong follow-up and time management skills.
  • Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Must pass a drug test and background check.
