YOUR SCHEDULE

This Sales and Development Manager position requires a minimum of 40 hours per week and availability to the team whenever needed.

YOUR DAY

As a Sales and Development Manager, you embark on a journey where every day is an opportunity to shape a high-performing sales team that thrives on success. You kick off your day by diving into lead management and strategically distributing opportunities while analyzing your team's performance against key metrics. You hit the road for "ride-along," providing real-time coaching that empowers technicians to close deals and enhance customer satisfaction. Amid orientation for new sales & service technicians, you instill company values and methodologies, setting the stage for their success. You facilitate weekly sales meetings that ignite motivation and collaboratively craft monthly sales plans tailored to maximize effectiveness. Partnering closely with the operations manager, you ensure seamless coordination between sales and production, driving profitable sales and achieving budgeted production levels. With every interaction, you foster a culture of excellence, transforming leads into loyal customers and steering your team towards exceeding their KPIs, making each day a step toward collective triumph.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Valid driver's license
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent on-the-job experience)
  • 2+ years of sales experience
  • Basic understanding of gross margin as it relates to the HVAC field
  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Prior management experience is a plus
  • HVAC industry-specific experience is a plus but not required
