Become a Key Player as a Deal Desk Analyst 3

You will serve the organization in a fiduciary first-line approval capacity for deal approvals, helping accelerate deal closure while ensuring compliance with internal policies and government regulations. You will partner closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, Order Management, and other corporate stakeholders to structure and approve complex transactions. Hybrid — 3 days in the office.

Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team
  • Lead day-to-day contract creation and deal approval processes
  • Analyze and structure sales transactions to meet organizational requirements and customer needs
  • Act as the initial point of contact for sales reps requesting non-standard deal structures
  • Review, interpret, draft, modify, and finalize contracts and addenda
  • Support public sector deal structuring, pricing, and compliance with US government regulations
  • Collaborate with Finance, Product, Professional Services, Legal, Licensing, Credit, Order Management, and Revenue Assurance to articulate deal value
  • Handle day-to-day queries from sales, sales development, and account management teams using quoting tools and CRM
  • Forecast deal status and communicate updates to FP&A and executive sales management
Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience as a financial analyst or business partner supporting a sales organization (FP&A, Sales Finance, Sales Operations, or Deal Desk)
  • Experience drafting and analyzing binding sales agreements and structuring multi-element contracts (subscriptions, licenses, services, support)
  • Strong analytical and accounting skills and advanced Excel proficiency
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Must be able to comply with US government regulations and federal contracting responsibilities
Pay Range

$40.32 - $50.39/hour
