Service Delivery Manager - Job Description:
Our client is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to join our staff augmentation team, delivering on-site managed IT services in Houston, TX. This role primarily supports a healthcare client in Central Northwest Houston, overseeing IT operations and acting as the day-to-day point of contact. The Service Delivery Manager will manage infrastructure, cybersecurity, and help desk personnel to ensure secure, scalable, and compliant systems that support business goals.
Service Delivery Manager - Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple priorities between client initiatives, daily support functions, and ongoing infrastructure projects
  • Partner with client executive leadership and the management to align technology strategy with business goals
  • Oversee all aspects of IT infrastructure, including servers, cloud environments, and local networks
  • Coordinate with third-party platform vendors and ensure secure, high-availability systems
  • Collaborate on cybersecurity strategies and implement IT policies aligned with HIPAA requirements
  • Assist with training staff on cybersecurity best practices
  • Manage, coach, and mentor IT team of on-siteemployees
Service Delivery Manager - Mandatory Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in IT roles, including 3+ years managing IT teams
  • At least one IT certification: CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, or CCNP
