- Manages functional areas and other managers or department leads in regional capability to ensure business objectives are met
- Identifies and implements process improvements
- Develops demand forecasts with account teams for large accounts
- Works with functional areas to plan and interpret projects or workload forecasts
- Prepares, recommends, and oversees development of rates, operating and personnel budgets
- Monitors spending for adherence to budget plans and analyzes budget
- Manages service improvements to increase customer and account satisfaction
- Ensures delivery of projects meet client and company expectations and needs
- Participates in developing new business solutions/proposals and introduces new technology
- Supports in the development and execution of infrastructure strategies and projects
- Monitors and maintains the performance, availability, and security of infrastructure systems
- Collaborates with other teams or customers to understand their infrastructure needs
- Implements and adheres to infrastructure best practices and standards
- Acts as a point of contact for resolving infrastructure-related issues and incidents
