Job Description

BOK Financial is seeking an experienced and strategic Product Delivery Portfolio Manager to lead a portfolio of technology and product delivery domains. This critical leadership position drives portfolio execution across product, engineering, and delivery organizations, ensuring alignment of strategy, roadmap priorities, and software delivery outcomes throughout the product and software development lifecycle. As a trusted partner to business and technology leaders, you will align priorities, guide portfolio investments, and ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives. You will oversee Product Owners and Technical Analysts, establish delivery standards, drive continuous improvement, and make critical cross-domain decisions that optimize capacity, reduce risk, and maximize business outcomes.

How You'll Spend Your Time

Portfolio Leadership & Strategy
Lead a portfolio of product delivery domains, ensuring strategic alignment between business objectives, technology initiatives, and delivery roadmaps.
Drive portfolio planning, prioritization, and roadmap development to maximize value delivery and organizational impact.
Partner with business and technology executives to establish priorities, evaluate investment decisions, and align delivery outcomes with strategic goals.
Serve as the primary business relationship leader for assigned portfolios, providing visibility into delivery performance, risks, and opportunities.


Delivery Excellence & Governance
Establish and reinforce product delivery standards, practices, and governance across assigned domains.
Monitor portfolio health through delivery metrics, performance indicators, dependency management, and forecasting.
Identify risks, constraints, and delivery challenges early, providing actionable recommendations and mitigation strategies.
Ensure coordinated execution across teams, improving planning quality, sequencing, readiness, and delivery predictability.


Prioritization & Decision Making
Lead cross-domain prioritization and trade-off decisions involving scope, timing, capacity, risk, and business value.
Utilize data-driven insights and performance metrics to guide portfolio decisions and improve outcomes.
Balance competing priorities while maintaining focus on strategic objectives and customer value.


Leadership & Team Development
Lead, mentor, and develop Product Owners and Technical Analysts, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Establish clear expectations and best practices that strengthen product ownership, business analysis, and delivery execution.
Foster professional growth while promoting consistent, high-quality delivery practices across teams.


Continuous Improvement
Champion ongoing improvements to product delivery capabilities, tools, processes, and methodologies.
Identify organizational gaps and emerging opportunities to enhance effectiveness, scalability, and business outcomes.
Promote innovation and operational excellence throughout the product delivery lifecycle.

Education & Experience Requirements

Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Program Delivery, Portfolio Management, or Technology Leadership roles.
Proven experience leading complex product portfolios, multi-team initiatives, or enterprise technology programs.
Demonstrated success partnering with senior business and technology stakeholders to deliver strategic outcomes.
 

Preferred
Experience operating within in the SDLC, Agile, Product Delivery, or Product Operating Model environments.
Experience working in large, complex, or highly regulated industries such as banking or financial services.
Professional certifications in Agile, Product Management, Program Management, or related disciplines.
