KPMG is currently seeking a Director, Technology Delivery Lead to join our Digital Nexus organization. This is a hybrid work opportunity.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end execution of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) portfolio initiatives, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with clear business value
  • Translate CFO and Finance & Accounting (F&A) priorities into actionable delivery plans, ensuring solutions meet business needs
  • Coordinate across engineering, data, architecture, product, and vendors to drive integrated delivery
  • Implement consistent reporting, risk management, and executive communication to ensure visibility and accountability
  • Build and mentor delivery teams, resolve escalations, and drive continuous improvement in delivery effectiveness
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

Qualifications:
  • Minimum ten years of recent experience leading complex technology or transformation initiatives, including multi-workstream portfolios.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred; minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required
  • Strong understanding of finance processes and how technology drives financial outcomes
  • Proven experience across full lifecycle delivery (plan, design, build, deploy, operate) using Agile and hybrid models
  • Experience delivering data, analytics, or enterprise platform solutions (for example, cloud, reporting, integration)
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior executives, translating technology into business value; capability to manage day-to-day execution while contributing to long-term strategy and delivery model improvement
