State of the art dental office, located in Burlington, is looking for an experienced, dedicated, compassionate, patient focused, and detail orientedย Dental Front Desk / Patient Services Coordinator.ย  Current opening is for a permanent, full-time position working 4 or 5 days at approximately thirty-two (32) toย forty (40) hours per week.ย  We are a non-corporate, primarily fee for service practice focused intently on providing exceptional patient care through a great patient experience.ย  We want our employees to have fun and enjoy their work.ย  We want everyone to take pride in what they do to help improve the lives of our patients.ย  Our people are invested in their work.ย  They are motivated to do their best for the patient, for each other, and for the practice.ย  Our people believe in getting better, and are open to learning and growing together.ย 

We provide a wide range of dental services including preventative, perio., pediatric, cosmetic, restorative, endo., ortho., implants, and reconstructive dentistry.ย  Our 10,000+ sq. ft. facility consists of sixteen (16)ย operatories and is ergonomically designed for comfort and maximum efficiency.ย  You will not find a nicer, more patient-centric facility to care for patients.

This position requires the ability to communicate effectively with patients and teammates.ย  It also requires excellent time management and organizational skills.ย ย This position will be required to uphold our standards aroundย patient experience andย customer service.ย  Applicant must have a strong work ethic as well as an outgoing personality and positive attitude. Working interview required.ย ย Work experience in a dental office preferred.ย  Dental Assistants looking to make a transition to front desk are also welcome to apply for this position.ย ย Dentrix software experience preferred.ย ย This position will be responsible for, but not limited to the following duties:

  • answerย phones
  • answer patient questions
  • confirmย appointments
  • verify dental insurance benefitsย 
  • establish and maintainย relationships with all patientsย 
  • scheduleย patient appointmentsย 
  • proactively workย to fillย hygiene and operative appointment openings
  • check-in patients when they arrive
  • review treatment plans and financing options with patientsย 
  • check-out patients when appointments are complete
  • process payments forย patients
  • performย other front deskย functions
