Client Service/Concierge Coordinator

We are trusted partners with the individuals, families, and businesses we serve, while providing financial advice and investment guidance as true fiduciaries.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about serving others, has a joyful personality, and is extremely organized. Our Client Service/Concierge Coordinator is the first person that staff, clients, and visitors engage as they enter our office, therefore it is important to create a welcoming atmosphere. You have client service experience and a creative mind to improve the onboarding and everyday experience for our clients. The Client Service/Concierge Coordinator will schedule, organize, and implement the experience of advisor client meetings. You will be an independent, self-motivated multitasker who can take on several tasks at the same time. You will have a welcoming and professional personality. You will report to the Director of Client Experience.

You will work on-site, full-time, 5 days per week, from 8-4:30. There is the possibility of additional hours on occasion due to special circumstances or events.

What You'll Do

  • Greet all clients and visitors with a positive and helpful attitude
  • Maintain atrium, cafรฉ, and service areas
  • Set up and take down all conference rooms throughout daily schedule
  • Manage all conference room calendars
  • Answer phones and route call effectively
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail
  • Stock office supplies and assist with inventory
  • Coordinate and cover reception tasks
  • Schedule and confirm client appointments
  • Provide feedback for possible improvements to client experience on an ongoing basis
  • Special projects as assigned
