What You'll Do:

  • Educating customers on TELUS products and services by clearly explaining features, benefits, and promotions.
  • Making outbound calls to create awareness in the community about available services and upcoming offers.
  • Handling inbound calls to address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide accurate information.
  • Actively listening to customer needs and offering clear, helpful answers to their questions.
  • Delivering an excellent customer experience while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • Working collaboratively with a supportive and passionate team to ensure a best-in-class customer experience.

  • Ability to pass a Criminal Background Check
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a call center is preferred but not required.
  • Must be 19 years of age or older.
