We're looking for a Benefit Service Center Associate who is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and thrives in a call center environment. If you have a background in insurance or worksite benefits and enjoy helping others - let's talk.
What You'll Do:
  • Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to employees regarding their benefit questions
  • Investigate and respond to employee inquiries about coverage, claims, and plan options
  • Create, manage, and track service tickets in our internal systems
  • Communicate with insurance carriers to resolve employee concerns
  • Provide professional, courteous service to clients, staff, brokers, and carriers
  • Maintain employee confidentiality and adhere to data privacy and security standards
