Service BDC Representative – Royal Moore Mazda, GMC, Buick

Royal Moore Mazda, GMC, Buick is looking for a full-time dependable, and detail-oriented Service BDC Representative to join our service team in Hillsboro, OR.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys talking with customers, staying organized, and helping create a smooth service experience from the first phone call to the scheduled appointment. Your primary duties will be to handle inbound and outbound calls, set service appointments, follow up with customers, use our CRM and dealership scheduling systems, and support the service department with professional and timely communication.
