What You’ll Do

As our Internet BDC Specialist, you’ll be the first impression of Gerald Jones Mazda and one of the most important members of our sales team.

  • Make 100+ outbound calls each day to connect with customers.
  • Respond quickly to internet leads, phone inquiries, and text messages.
  • Send personalized introduction and vehicle walkaround videos that build trust and excitement.
  • Create meaningful conversations that lead to showroom appointments.
  • Deliver an exceptional online buying experience from first contact to showroom arrival.
  • Welcome customers when they arrive and provide a seamless transition to the sales team.
  • Maintain detailed CRM notes and execute consistent follow-up.
  • Help create lifelong customers through outstanding communication and service.
