Job Summary
As a Manager in Training, you will learn the fundamentals of club operations while directly driving member sales, delivering a high-energy club experience, and developing the skills needed to advance into leadership. This role requires a strong sales mindset, customer service focus, and the ability to motivate and engage both team members and members. Managers in Training are also expected to be responsible for Sunday production as part of their schedule to support the clubโs busiest times and member needs.
