Job description

Our client is immediately hiring a Financial Shared Service AP Analyst. The role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, focusing on accounts payable, travel & expense administration, and reporting. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with strong Concur and Excel expertise and the ability to adapt in a constantly changing environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with BPO provider to ensure accurate and timely processing of AP, AR, travel, and expense transactions.
  • Oversee reporting metrics, SLA compliance, and escalate discrepancies as needed.
  • Support policy development, process improvements, and technology enhancements.
  • Prepare and deliver weekly and month-end reports to senior management, including KPIs and accruals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience).2+ years of accounting experience in AP/AR and GL, plus 2+ years in a leadership capacity.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and strong Concur administration/reporting experience.
  • Experience with Yardi or similar property management software preferred.
