You will play a critical role in our shop’s success by building trust with clients and ensuring our technicians have the clear information they need to succeed.

What You’ll Do

  • Client Relations: Greet customers, listen to their concerns, and perform vehicle "walk-arounds" to document needs.
  • Repair Coordination: Act as the liaison between the customer and the Master Techs; keep the workflow moving smoothly.
  • Service Advising: Educate customers on their vehicle’s health and recommend preventative maintenance that keeps them safe on the road.

  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with Shop Management Software (e.g., CDK, Reynolds, or Tekmetric).

Why Join Our Team?

  • Stable Environment: We have a loyal customer base and a steady flow of work.
  • Professionalism: Work alongside Master Technicians in a clean, organized shop.
