Service Advisor Maus Automotive Group is seeking experienced, driven Service Advisors to join our growing service teams across all four dealership locations. Your Role as a Service Advisor
You will serve as the primary point of contact between our customers and service team by:
  • Guiding customers through the service process from check-in to delivery
  • Actively listening to customer concerns and accurately identifying service needs
  • Clearly communicating repair recommendations and timelines
  • Preparing estimates and selling recommended maintenance and repair services
  • Coordinating with technicians to ensure accurate and timely completion of work
