We are searching for multiple experienced SERVERS to join our talented team and help execute an outstanding guest experience. In this position, your principal goal will be to prepare high-quality service that meets client's expectations while being a team player on our exceptional team.

SERVER responsibilities include but are not limited to: Demonstrating genuine hospitality and setting the stage for an exceptional dining experience by making every single guest feel welcome. Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Curate and deliver a food and beverage experience to our guests in a professional, caring, and timely manner.
SERVER ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES/FUNCTIONS:
  • Ensure station and table set-ups are complete and perform various side duties as assigned by the Floor Supervisor.
  • Maintain proper condition and cleanliness of dining and service areas.
  • To work as a team player at all times and be prepared to be flexible to ensure that operations are always as efficient and profitable as possible.

SERVER QUALIFICATIONS:
  • To arrive at work for scheduled shifts and be punctual, always following company.
  • To provide a speedy, efficient, and professional level of service at all times.
  • To treat company property with due care and attention.
  • To work as a team player at all times and be prepared to be flexible to ensure that operations are always as efficient and profitable as possible.
  • To be responsive to any guestโ€™s request.

SERVER PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS TO PERFORM SERVER/BANQUET SERVER JOB DUTIES:
  • Ability to stand and walk on sometimes slippery surfaces for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to twist, turn, push, pull, and reach down, forward, and overhead repetitively; Kneel, squat, stoop, and crouch frequently.

SERVER EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED TO PERFORM SERVER/BANQUET SERVER DUTIES:
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent BUT OPEN to applicants who do not have a high school diploma/GED.
  • Willingness to adhere to health and safety rules.
