Job description


The Operations Supervisor supports Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage operations to ensure exceptional guest service and efficient daily operations. This role assists across departments, helps maintain operational standards, resolves guest concerns, and provides leadership support while working alongside associates to meet the resort's business needs.
Responsibilites
  • Support daily operations within Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage.
  • Provide leadership and direction to associates during assigned shifts.
  • Assist with guest check-in and check-out processes as needed.
  • Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Conduct inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure resort standards are maintained.
  • Support Housekeeping operations by monitoring room status, cleanliness, and guest readiness.
  • Work scheduled shifts as a Server in resort dining outlets and events as needed.
  • Assist Food & Beverage operations during peak business periods, special events, and staffing shortages.
  • Monitor service standards and ensure guests receive prompt and attentive service.
  • Communicate operational issues and guest concerns to department leaders.
  • Support onboarding and training of new associates.
  • Assist with inventory control and operational audits.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety guidelines, and service standards.
  • Foster teamwork and collaboration among departments.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of hotel supervisory experience preferred
  • Experience in Front Office, Housekeeping, and/or Food & Beverage required
  • Previous serving experience required.
  • Strong guest service and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate associates.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Knowledge of OPERA systems preferred.
