Server Job Description1. Servers are the front line engagers of our guests, you will be responsible for "hosting" the experience. 2.

You will be expected to possess product knowledge of every ingredient on the Food menu.3. You will be expected to possess product knowledge and have an ability to explain to guests the differences and advantages to the craft beer selection, liquors, and wine.4. Approach all tables with enthusiasm and explain the concept of food and service at Evviva Cucina.5

You are expected to familiarize your guests with our concept and focus on our fresh ingredients, local sourcing, and scratch kitchen. 6. Immediately offer to take beverage order and enter into hand held at the tableside.7

Ask if there are any questions on the menu or if the guests would like some time to go over it. If applicable put in orders immediately.8. Maintain constant eye contact and presence in your section and look for opportunities to help fellow team members.9

Run food and drinks, maintain and reset tables, restock side stations10. Present check following each order explaining that it is only there for their convenience and you are not rushing them.11. Servers are responsible for the accuracy of their cash handling and transactions
