Job Description LeverageTek is actively seeking a Data Migration ECM Consultant (OpenText ECM) for a 6-month contract with its Ottawa-based customer. Work Location The successful candidate will be required to work 100% remotely. Candidates must be available to work Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.

Key Tasks Support migration planning, scheduling, mapping, and execution of content from Documentum to OpenText Extended ECM (Content Server) Work closely with IT Custom Solutions and business stakeholders to verify migration integrity, including object counts, metadata, and access permissions Provide expertise for validation testing activities including test plan development, production qualification, and user acceptance testing (UAT) Support training and knowledge transfer for the RIM team and business stakeholders on Extended ECM management and use Maintain configuration documentation Support change management activities related to user experience and adoption, and customer service management Ensure the initiative stays on track through timely and regular follow-up with project stakeholders Collaborate with subject matter experts from RIM, IT, OpenText, and business end users as a core project team member Attend and participate in project team meetings with RIM, IT, and business representatives Key Qualifications 5-10 years of recent, hands-on experience supporting implementation of OpenText ECM solutions, including cloud implementations Demonstrated expertise with OpenText Extended ECM / Content Server configuration and implementation, including records management, business workspace configuration, workflows, WebReports, Core Archive, OTDS, and integrations with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint) and SAP Proven experience leading content migration activities, including migration planning, execution, and validation of electronic records and metadata Qualifications OpenText training or certification for business analyst, business administrator, or Extended ECM for Microsoft Office 365 is considered an asset Post-secondary education in records/information management, information technology, or business analysis from a recognized academic institution Experience with change management as it relates to user experience, adoption, and customer service management Experience delivering end-to-end solutions from requirements definition through to implementation Strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills across business and IT teams Compensation Hourly Rate Negotiable This is an existing position vacancy.
