Speak and hear to communicate with guests and use both near and distance vision for operating the POS system. Stand and walk for extended periods, including on uneven surfaces and while carrying items. Frequently climb stairs throughout the venue. - Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures, operate POS terminals accurately, handle payments securely, and reconcile financials at the end of the shift.
- Maintain clean and orderly dining and service areas during and after service. Pre-bus and bus tables as needed. Clean and reset tables after guests depart. Follow health and sanitation procedures in both public areas and back of house.
- Attend pre-shift meetings. Perform defined opening, running, and closing duties as assigned.
- Comply with all company issued steps of service. Follow all corporate policies, safety and security procedures, and brand SOPs. Promptly report accidents, facility issues, or unsafe conditions to management.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
