Job description

Touchmark at the Ranch is currently hiring for Dining Room Servers full-time and part-time.

As a Dining Room Server, you will enrich lives each day by taking orders, serving meals, and providing a friendly, inviting, and quality dining experience for residents and guests. You will also serve at special events and catered functions.

The ideal candidate will: 

  • Be committed to and passionate about quality standards and customer service
  • Server and barista experience a plus
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude when dealing with all residents, guests and team members
  • Possess a valid food handler’s card
  • Possess a Title 4 Basic Alcohol Training Certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Basic computer knowledge and experience
  • Have a commitment to Touchmark’s values (hospitality, compassion, excellence, teamwork, and integrity), as well as a desire to model these values and to encourage others to be allies, friends, and givers
