Job description

Job Summary:
TSMC Arizona offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a leading semiconductor fabrication facility. As a Defense System & Process Turning System Maintenance Tech, you will be responsible for monitoring and optimizing defense and process control systems to ensure efficient operation.
Responsibilities:
• monitor, troubleshoots, and optimizes the performance and security of critical defense or process control systems
• establishment, adjustment, and maintenance of the defense systems & Process tuning systems for equipment or product process in the factory
• monitoring systemic indicators and continuously improving with Fab modules
• Server maintenance and related setting supports, including routine upgrade, troubleshooting with AP teams and virtual machines solutions etc.
• Coordinate the project for system enhancement and communicate requirement with users
• Support application migration and participate in technical training from headquarters.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree or above with major in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Business Management, Information Management.
• Permission to work in the United States
Preferred:
• Familiarity in programming languages such as python, C/C++/C#, Java, HTML5, SQL, VBA.
• Experience and skills in powerBI and A.I. is a plus.
• Excellent collaboration & communication skills, both verbal and written, across different levels and functions of organization
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with ability to use a computer, keyboard mouse and other standard office equipment
• Strong interpersonal skills to establish trust and maintain productive working relationships
• Team-orientation and growth mindset to take on new responsibilities and share workload
