Required Skills
  • Hands-on experience as a Data Center Technician, Server Technician, Hardware Technician, or similar role.
  • Strong experience with server/hardware replacement and hardware swaps.
  • Proven break/fix and hardware troubleshooting experience.
  • Experience working with rack-mounted and/or blade servers.
  • Knowledge of server components including HDD/SSD, RAM/DIMM, PSU, CPU, motherboard, NIC, fans, and RAID.
  • Experience with rack & stack, cabling, labeling, and equipment installation/removal.
  • Ability to read and follow technical procedures and hardware documentation.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced data center environment.
