You also prepare tables for the next set of customers and provide any other assistance that the server or other front of house staff may need. There are few qualifications needed for this career, but customer service skills are crucial.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Server Assistant, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Server Assistant, you need strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a basic understanding of food safety practices, typically supported by a high school diploma or equivalent.
