  • Help manage the ever-growing information needs our clients
  • Serve as an advanced technical resource that can act as an advocate for our customers
  • Communicate with business clients via telephone and written correspondence regarding technical questions and issues related to Web Services
  • Provide the highest level of support for technical issues involving .NET Enterprise Services (Serviced Components), System Transactions, ASP.NET Web Services applications, UDDI applications
  • Web Services Enhancements (WSE), DTC, IActiveScript, XML Serialization, WCF (Windows Communication Foundation), WIF (Windows Identity Foundation), and Windows Workflow Foundation, .COM/DCOM/OLE/COM+/COM Interop and .NET remoting issues
  • Provide clients with a high level of support for any .NET class within System.Runtime.Remoting or an Interface or API listed in MSDN under Platform SDK\Component Services\COM
Qualifications
  1. Debugging and experience with a wide array of the following technologies: : Windows Communication Foundation (WCF), Web Services, Windows Workflow Foundation, Windows Identity Foundation, .Net Framework, Windows Server AppFabric Cache and/or Hosting, Component Object Module (COM), Distributed Component Object Module (DCOM), COM+, OLE, Distributed Transaction Coordinator (DTC), .NET Remoting
  2. Read and write C + +, C#, Visual Basic, HTML, and JavaScript code 
  3. Knowledge of some or all of these technologies: XML, HTML, SOAP, HTTP, Windows Security, SQL, Designing & programming Web Services, Web Service security [Kerberos, Certificates etc.]
  4. Collecting dumps and iDNA traces
  5. WinDbg (Preferred) 
  6. Visual Studio or TFS preferred
