Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new patients and their families to develop tailored treatment plans.
  • Provide individual and family therapy sessions, utilizing therapeutic techniques that address each patient's unique needs and circumstances.
  • Ensure timely completion of necessary documentation, including billing, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms.
  • Develop comprehensive crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans to support patients in maintaining stable functioning and proactive mental health management.
  • Create effective discharge plans to transition patients out of care with the necessary support and resources.
  • Adhere strictly to federal and state laws, regulatory requirements, and Serenity Peaks policies, ensuring ethical and compliant practice.
  • Engage in continual learning by pursuing training and continuing education opportunities to enhance professional competence.
  • Participate in case consultations and agency meetings, contributing to the collaborative effort of delivering superior patient care.
  • Complete all licensure requirements and mandatory training as directed by the organization.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working with a diverse population, addressing a broad spectrum of mental health issues. Qualifications
