Overview and Responsibilities:
- Communicate and record service times, delays, and upload appropriate photos into each job as necessary.
- Complete required paperwork and submit for filing to the county at the end of the day.
- Provide routing and customer service feedback to Operations and Dispatch.
- Perform all work duties in a safe and timely manner, and in compliance with all safety standards.
- Perform duties by sitting standing stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling as necessary.
- Be able to interact with clients in a professional manner.
- Professional behavior, accountable work ethic, flexible schedule.
Qualifications:
- Must have a clean Motor Vehicle Record.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment and random company and insurance drug tests.
- Be able to interface with customers at each stop, if necessary.
- Take responsibility for specific check in and check out procedure.
