Overview and Responsibilities:
  • Communicate and record service times, delays, and upload appropriate photos into each job as necessary.
  • Complete required paperwork and submit for filing to the county at the end of the day.
  • Provide routing and customer service feedback to Operations and Dispatch.
  • Perform all work duties in a safe and timely manner, and in compliance with all safety standards.
  • Perform duties by sitting standing stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling as necessary.
  • Be able to interact with clients in a professional manner.
  • Professional behavior, accountable work ethic, flexible schedule.

Qualifications:
  • Must have a clean Motor Vehicle Record.
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment and random company and insurance drug tests.
  • Be able to interface with customers at each stop, if necessary.
  • Take responsibility for specific check in and check out procedure.
