Lula is looking for a 1099 Septic Pro to help with property maintenance of several hundred rental properties across the San Antonio area. We are seeking individuals who have experience in the property management industry and has an eager attitude. This individual must be trustworthy, possess great communication skills, capable with technology, and be apt in problem-solving. You will need reliable transportation.
Value Proposition:

Experience in the following are a plus:

*Drywall
*Light plumbing
*Light electrical
*Painting
*Performing maintenance and light repairs
*Minor repairs/replacements on appliances
