Holy Cross Hospital - Jordan Valley invites skilled and compassionate Registered Nurses to become part of our 14-bed Intensive Care Unit. In this role, you will provide life-saving care to acutely ill patients, supported by nurse-to-patient ratios of 3:1, 2:1, or 1:1 based on acuity across day and night shifts. This position offers a strong opportunity to expand your critical care expertise within a collaborative, team-focused environment alongside experienced physicians and advanced practice providers.
Our ICU is a fast-paced, high-acuity environment where nurses provide advanced care for complex conditions, including:
  • Post-operative complications
  • Severe respiratory failure (e.g., ARDS, ventilator management)
  • Septic shock and multi-organ failure
  • Neurological emergencies (stroke, traumatic brain injury)
  • Cardiac emergencies (cardiogenic shock, post-resuscitation care)
  • DKA and HHS
  • Renal failure requiring CRRT
  • Advanced hemodynamic monitoring and vasoactive drips

Job Requirements

Education Requirements
