Job Description:
The Facilities Procurement Officer will procure materials, supplies, and contractors for facility maintenance projects as directed by the Administrative Services Unit Leader.
The Facilities Procurement Officer will update the facilities maintenance software, create maintenance reports, and provide updates at monthly staff meetings and tri-annual management team meetings.
Examples of facility maintenance projects include HVAC replacement, temporary building placement, pumping septic systems, and ordering remediation.
