Job Title: Continuous Improvement Leader
Contract: 6 months (targeting mid\-September start date)
Location: Onsite M\-F<\/span>

What will you do?
<\/span><\/b><\/p>

         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Lead the continuous Improvement strategy: The person is in charge of the continuous improvement of the whole process, both in Front\-end & Core, i.e. from tendering to delivery.<\/span>
<\/p>

         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Animate the continuous improvement on operational processes in plant based on Client Performance.<\/span>
<\/p>

         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Challenge, follow Kaizen events and in some cases lead some of them.<\/span>
<\/p>

         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Smart factories:<\/span><\/b> Lead the deployment of the smart factory solutions in plant: The point of contact of the IPM and global smart factory leader.<\/span>

         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Productivity:<\/span><\/b> Define yearly actions plan to build the productivity.<\/span>

         <\/span><\/span><\/span>4+ years of experience with any type of Production Systems (Ex: Toyota Production systems or any other similar systems).<\/span>
