About the role

The Senior Manager, Retailer.com – Sephora (North America) will lead the commercial growth strategy and execution for Charlotte Tilbury’s Sephora.com business across the US and Canada. This role is responsible for owning the retailer.com P&L and driving profitable online sales growth through strategic retailer partnerships, digital shelf optimization, promotional planning, and cross-functional collaboration across marketing, media, planning, supply chain, and commercial teams. 

The ideal candidate combines strong commercial acumen with deep retailer.com expertise, analytical rigor, and the ability to influence both internal stakeholders and external retail partners. This individual will serve as the key ecommerce business lead for Sephora.com, ensuring strong commercial performance, operational excellence, and a best-in-class consumer experience across all digital touchpoints. 

As a Senior Manager, Retailer.com you will

Commercial Strategy & Business Growth

  • Own the Sephora.com P&L across the US and Canada, including revenue delivery, forecasting, promotional performance, and profitability management.  
  • Develop and execute comprehensive retailer.com growth strategies aligned to company objectives and SEPHORA priorities.  
  • Drive online revenue, market share, conversion, and profitability through best-in-class ecommerce strategies.  
  • Build annual and quarterly retailer.com business plans and identify opportunities to accelerate growth across assortment, search visibility, promotional activities, and digital shelf performance.  
  • Partner with finance, planning, and commercial teams to manage forecasts, risks and opportunities, and deliver against sales targets.  
  • Evaluate investment decisions and promotional opportunities through a commercial and ROI-driven lens.  
  • Monitor the competitive landscape, emerging trends, and evolving retailer capabilities to inform strategic recommendations and growth opportunities.  

Retail Partnership & Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Serve as the primary ecommerce lead for SEPHORA digital teams and retailer.com partnerships.  
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships internally and externally to influence retailer priorities, unlock visibility opportunities, and drive ecommerce growth initiatives.  
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across marketing, media, creative, planning, supply chain, finance, and sales teams to ensure seamless execution of retailer.com initiatives.  
  • Drive alignment across teams to support key launches, promotional moments, seasonal campaigns, and commercial priorities.  
  • Lead retailer business reviews, performance recaps, and strategic planning discussions with key stakeholders.  

Digital Shelf & Consumer Experience

  • Lead digital shelf excellence across SEPHORA.com to ensure a best-in-class consumer experience and strong conversion performance.  
  • Partner closely with internal content, creative, and brand teams to deliver high-performing PDP content, enhanced brand storytelling, SEO optimization, and onsite discoverability initiatives.  
  • Support optimization of taxonomy, search visibility, ratings & reviews, and onsite merchandising opportunities.  
  • Ensure flawless execution of product launches, assortment updates, pricing changes, and promotional setup across retailer.com platforms.  
  • Partner cross-functionally to improve content performance, digital shelf visibility, and conversion-driving experiences.  

Promotional Planning & Retail Media Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with internal media teams and Sephora.com media networks to align retailer.com priorities with paid media activations and campaign strategies.  
  • Develop and manage retailer.com promotional calendars, product launches, and seasonal campaigns to maximize visibility and conversion.  
  • Support retailer-specific activations, co-op marketing opportunities, and digital amplification strategies.  
  • Analyze promotional and campaign performance in partnership with analytics and media teams to identify optimization opportunities and improve business performance.  

Analytics & Operational Excellence

  • Leverage retailer analytics platforms, syndicated data, and internal reporting tools to evaluate business performance and identify actionable growth opportunities.  
  • Monitor KPIs including traffic, conversion, search ranking, basket size, digital shelf performance, ratings & reviews, and sales trends.  
  • Deliver business recaps, executive-level reporting, and actionable insights to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.  
  • Partner with supply chain and planning teams to support inventory forecasting, in-stock optimization, and operational readiness.  
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiencies, reporting capabilities, and automation processes.  

Who you will work with

Reports to the AVP, National Accounts, Sephora & SWAK with dotted line reporting into the VP, Digital & Growth

About you

  • 6+ years of experience in eCommerce, retailer.com, digital commerce, or omnichannel retail.  
  • Strong experience managing retailer.com businesses within beauty, luxury, consumer goods, fashion, or related industries.  
  • Proven success driving online sales growth through ecommerce strategy, digital merchandising, promotional planning, and retailer partnership management.  
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen with experience managing ecommerce revenue targets, forecasting, and P&L performance.  
  • Deep understanding of prestige beauty retailer ecosystems, luxury consumer behavior, and retailer.com best practices.  
  • Experience working cross-functionally with media, content, creative, planning, and supply chain teams.  
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using reporting and analytics platforms such as Skai, Salsify, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools preferred.  
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.  
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance strategic thinking and operational execution.  
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
