As our firm continues to grow, we are seeking a highly accountable, data-driven SEO Specialist who can help us increase visibility, generate qualified leads, improve conversion performance, and strengthen our online presence.


Position Summary

The SEO Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing the firm's SEO strategy, improving local search rankings, optimizing website content, managing our Google Business Profile, and tracking marketing performance.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, results-driven, and able to demonstrate measurable improvements in rankings, traffic, and lead generation.

Compensation:

$2,200 per month based on experience


Responsibilities:

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and website traffic.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
  • Optimize existing service pages and create recommendations for new SEO-focused content.
  • Monitor website performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Perform on-page SEO optimization and support technical SEO initiatives.
  • Coordinate and supervise technical SEO and content-related tasks with freelance SEO vendors when necessary.


Local SEO

  • Manage and optimize the firm's Google Business Profile.
  • Publish weekly Google Business Profile posts.
  • Update photos, services, and business information regularly.
  • Respond to Google Q&A submissions.
  • Implement and manage a Google review generation strategy.
  • Support the firm's goal of achieving + Google Reviews.


Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Monitor rankings, traffic, local search visibility, and lead generation performance.
  • Prepare and present a marketing performance report every Monday, including:
  • Leads by source
  • Cost per lead
  • Conversion rate
  • ROI
  • Organic traffic growth
  • Keyword ranking improvements
  • Provide actionable recommendations based on data and trends.


Lead Tracking & Analytics

  • Ensure every lead is properly tracked and attributed to its source.
  • Monitor lead quality and conversion performance.
  • Work with leadership to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of SEO experience, preferably in legal services or professional services.
  • Proven success in improving keyword rankings and increasing website traffic.
  • Experience with local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Google Search Console
  • Google Analytics
  • SEMrush, Ahrefs, or equivalent SEO tools
  • Experience tracking and reporting marketing KPIs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with law firms, immigration law firms, or other professional service businesses.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred, as a significant portion of clients are Spanish-speaking.
