  • Work collaboratively with Content and Marketing teams on keyword research, search demand, content optimisation, competitor analysis and opportunities to strengthen organic visibility.
  • Monitor search engine developments, competitor activity and emerging AI search and LLM discovery trends, identifying opportunities to test, learn and evolve our approach.
Skills & Experience
  • 4-5+ years of SEO experience, with a strong background on technical and on-page SEO and knowledge of Digital PR and how it complements SEO efforts.
  • A proven track record of using SEO insight and recommendations to improve organic performance on medium to large sites, e-commerce or platforms with short lived content.
  • Good technical SEO knowledge, including crawling and indexing, site architecture, internal linking, structured data and rendering JavaScript / dynamic content with the ability to work effectively with Engineering teams on implementation.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using platforms such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics and enterprise SEO and crawling tools to understand performance, test and discover issues.
  • Experience managing SEO agencies or specialist partners, with the confidence to set priorities, challenge recommendations and drive high-quality delivery.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and project management skills, with experience influencing Product, Engineering and other non-SEO stakeholders and translating SEO requirements into clear business recommendations.
  • A proactive and commercially minded approach, with the curiosity to investigate performance changes, identify opportunities and prioritise activity according to likely business impact.
  • A good foundational understanding of AI-powered search, LLMs and emerging approaches to search visibility, alongside a genuine curiosity to develop your knowledge as the landscape evolves.
Additional Requirements
  • Must be located in and eligible to work in the UK
  • Must have a 2:1 degree or equivalent (e.g. apprenticeship)
